Your early-access information

The early-access form collects your name, work email, company, trade and crew size so CrewBrio can review your request and contact you about availability and setup. Submitting it does not create an account, subscription or charge.

Storage and access

Requests are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure through our website hosting service. The request list is restricted to the verified site owner. The public site is separate from the protected crew workspace.

Your choice

We ask for consent to contact you about early access. We do not use this form to enrol you in an unrelated newsletter. You can withdraw your request or ask for correction or deletion by emailing cam@securedoors.ca with the subject “CrewBrio privacy”. Requests are kept until handled or withdrawn; ask us to delete yours at any time.

Technical information

Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. For form abuse prevention, this application temporarily stores a hash derived from your IP address and an hourly time period; old entries are removed as new forms are processed. The interactive demo uses fictional data and does not collect location or save demo actions.

Workspace location

Location features belong to the separate workspace, require permission, and operate during active work tracking. The marketing site and demo do not request your location.
